Arts and Crafts

Booth spaces will be offered this year for $25 for one day or $40 for Two days!. We are also asking all vendors to donate 10% of their sales to MoRivCC as part of the fundraiser. We will be celebrating our local treasures for two days on the beautiful Missouri River from 2 – 9 pm on Saturday and 2 to 8 on Sunday. Booth’s should be set up by 1:30p.m. So plan to arrive before Noon. Special parking will be provided. Boothes will close at sunset. Camping is available. You may choose to participate one or both days. If interested in signing up for booth space, please reply to:

Silent Auction

Please donate a Silent Auction Item. The silent auction is a great way to contribute to our fundraising Event even if you cannot attend the EcoArtFest. Lots of cool items will be available to bid on Saturday. There will also be Raffle items to bid on both Saturday and Sunday. Please bid generously. 100% of proceeds will go to helping MoRivCC purchase cameras, video tape, audio recording gear and all the things it takes to fullfill our mission of recording and documenting the locally produced arts that make our area unique. Parking

Exhibitors should arrive 10 am to noon. Please plan to have your booth ready to open by 1:30 pm. Parking attendants will be available at the main entrance to help you find a good parking place.

We will be staging musicians with equipment on the driveway between the building and the trail for their performance.

Musicians, Dancers, and other volunteers will be parked in the North campground and the boat club temporary trailer parking area.

Elderly and Handicapped parking will be provided near the Thai kitchen and the boat ramp. Parking assistance will be available at the main entrance.

Exhibitors will enter at the South entrance off Easley River Road to unload in the booth area.

All other parking, Please make sure you do not block two way traffic on the roads or block access to private driveways. Overflow parking is in both directions along the public roads. Car pooling is encouraged.

 

Dining will be available from Chim's Thai Kitchen and
Boone County BarBQ

MoRivCC videos will be available for viewing in the Gathering Room. While there you can bid on silent auction and raffle items

 

Driving Directions:

From the West:
Through Columbia,
take East bound I-70 to first Columbia exit. Turn right (South) on I-740 (stadium boulevard). At the Football stadium turn right (South) on Providence Rd. Providence will turn into Route K. After 2 miles K passes the Little General convenience store, after one mile turn left on Old Plank Road, look for the Cooper's Landing sign. Stay on the main road, it will turn into Smith Hatchery Rd. After you cross the bridge park near the first set of mailboxes on the right.

From the West through the river bottoms:
From East bound I-70 take the Huntsdale exit. Turn Right, take Hwy O through Huntsdale, take grocery branch road to the T, turn Right on Burr Oak Rd. Note the largest Burr Oak in the state of Missouri on your left. Burr Oak road will take you to McBaine where the road turns into Hwy K. After approximately 4 miles turn Right at old plank road. ( If you make it to the convenience store you have gone too far). Stay on the main road, it will turn into Smith Hatchery Road. After you cross the bridge park near the first mailboxes on the right.

From the North or East:
From I-70 take 63 hwy South. Turn right at Hwy. 163. At the first stop sign go straight through the intersection. You are now on Hwy. N. Take it to where blacktop ends. Turn right, on Easley River Rd. After 1.1 miles you will see signs. If you have reservations pull in the driveway. If not, park along the road.

From the South:
Take 63 Hwy. North to the Ashland exit. Turn left (West) on Hwy M. About 2 miles West of Ashland, turn right on Hwy MM. After blacktop ends, turn right at the T and cross the bridge (Ripeto Road). At Easley go straight on Easley River Rd. After 1.1 miles you will see our sign at the South entrance. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
